专辑简介：
这张专辑收录的是著名钢琴家郎朗2003年11月7日在卡内基音乐厅的独奏音乐会现场。在卡内基音乐厅演出对于许多音乐家而言标志着漫长艺术道路上锦绣前程的开始。在这场演出中，郎朗演奏了舒曼的《阿贝格变奏曲》、《流浪者幻想曲》、海顿的《C大调奏鸣曲》等作品，向众多前辈致敬之余也从21世纪年轻音乐家的角度对作品作出了新的诠释。下半场，郎朗脱下传统的音乐会燕尾服，换上了红色中式上装演奏谭盾的《八幅水彩画的回忆：家》，巧妙地将中国传统文化引入卡内基音乐厅。在安哥部分他还邀请身为专业二胡演奏家的父亲郎国任一起演奏钢琴、二胡二重奏《赛马》，父子俩你来我往，大有骏马飞腾、鬃毛耸立之势。
