「INSIDE ME」，翻译过来就是「我的内心」的意思，当初做这张
专辑时正值自己的低潮期，因此正好藉由这次的专辑反思自己、
认识自己。
另一方面我自认在跟人社交时我都是戴着面具，时常把自己
真实的情绪隐藏起来，遇到人总是对他强颜欢笑，即便他人问起，
我也是会笑笑地说着没事，但每当夜深人静时却又会自己独自处
理内心的情绪、疗伤自己。
这次的专辑概念就是「拨云见日」，将戴在自己脸上的面具摘
下，其中讲述了自己对于感情的「单蠢」、自己面临低潮时自己跟
自己的对话、在疫情期间对于出游的渴望。
还有也针对自己以外的其他人，饶出自己对他们的看法。例
如对于现今花花世界口口声声说对方是宝贝，但其实只是对方
的「宝备」、对于他人质疑自己的反击、还有对那些时常被攻击、
抨击、瞧不起的人鼓励，一方面也是对自己的精神喊话。
这次的专辑如同一面双面镜，一方面是在讲述我自己的事情
但一方面如果有和我相同境遇的人，这张专辑也在唱你的心声，
希望我可以透过这几首歌陪伴着你，让你知道你不是孤单一人。
